Phillip D. Quinley, DDS, PC is a founding partner of Sutter Terrace Dental Group, and was honored in 1999 for 25 years of excellence in his private practice of general and family dentistry. Combined with 3 years of dentistry in the United States Air Force, Dr. Quinley has over 35 years of experience and a long-standing reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Dr. Quinley is a member of the Sacramento District Dental Society and served on the Children's Dental Health Committee. Dr. Quinley has participated in the "Giving Smiles" Children's Dental Program from its beginning in 1991. The program provides free dental care to underprivileged children in our community.
Born in Salina, Kansas, Dr. Quinley attended Great Bend High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Regis College, Denver, Colorado in 1967, and graduated from Creighton University Dental School, Omaha, Nebraska, in 1971.
Dr. Quinley and his wife Susan, were married in 1973. Together, with their children, Katie, Kelly, Ryan, and Kevin, they enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and opportunities that may provide a new adventure.
Dr. Quinley is an avid waterfowl and pheasant hunter and participates in various state and local conservation programs. He is a member of Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl Association, Pheasants Forever, Green Wing Program, Delta Waterfowl, and Cameron Outing Duck Club.
