Philip D. Quinley, DDS, PC is a founding partner of Sutter Terrace Dental Group. With three years of service in the United States Air Force, and in private practice since 1974, Dr. Quinley has achieved a long-standing reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Dr. Quinley is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society and served on the Children's Dental Health Committee. Dr. Quinley and his partners have participated in the “Smiles for Kids” Children's Dental Program from its beginning in 1991. The program provides free dental care annually to underserved children in our community.
Born in Salina, Kansas, Dr. Quinley received his Bachelor of Science degree from Regis College in Denver, Colorado in 1967 and graduated from Creighton University Dental School, Omaha, Nebraska in 1971.
Dr. Quinley and his wife, Susan, were married in 1973. They raised their children, Katie, Kelly, Ryan and Kevin and now take pride and pleasure in watching their children's personal and professional lives develop. As a couple and a family they enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and travel.
Dr. Quinley is an avid waterfowl and pheasant hunter and participates in various state and local conservation programs. He is member of Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl Association, Delta Waterfowl and Cameron Outing Duck Club.
